I'll look later. If so, it wouldn't be more than a couple of seats. Seats that are rural, no edu, and currently held by Ds: primarily in the Midwest.

I don't think Taylor's seat is competitive, but I do think NY-02 should be looked at

Ds dropped $19 million into it. Its only 38% college edu. It does have good demos, but not under the current Dem strategy which de-emphasizes base turnout

@RepBrianFitz in#PA01, one of three GOP seats won by Hillary in 2016, is not on this list. I mostly agree with this list except for this giant gaping hole! -
