Just came back from a week offline. Now want to quit all social media for good. Does anyone actually feel like they have a good relationship with their SM? Or fruitful habits of phone use that don't detract from deep work / in-person relationships? Would love to learn.

Honestly, THIS! I've tried to limit my consumption, whittle down my list of whom I follow, read all the books on what this technology is doing to our brains. Turns out I'm as addict-able as anyone & I'm sick of it messing with my mood & work.
