Personally think copyright strikes should be a 100% manual process involving a person requiring proof of ownership. None of this automated bullshit where any Tom, Dick, and Harry can strike any video they feel like with no proof required.

Even then it gets abused. Numerous times gaming news people/reviewers have almost lost or did lose channels from a game dev who illegally and in an attempt to silence said critic mass flagged their videos manually. The system is so broken it isn’t even funny.
