Loved the idea of ’s super bowl ad. But hard not to notice who is missing from the “one team.” Guess their idea of diversity does not include women.

I never thought that I would witness the dismantling of the checks and balances of our country, and I never imagined that Republicans would cast aside the national security interests of our nation.

Just to be clear: Trump brought out a grieving family to use as a part of a political performance meant to demonize immigrants as being inherently violent when the research clearly shows that immigrants, both documented & undocumented, commit less crime than native born Americans

I'm glad Trump mentions drugs, which will kill 65,000 Americans this year. But his solution is exactly wrong--not mass incarceration, but treatment. Only 10% of Americans with addictions get treatment.

Using the threat of terrorism to justify implementing an immigration policy clearly designed, by administration figures like Stephen Miller who have white nationalist leanings no less, to reverse the browning of America, is about as disingenuous and cynical as it gets.

Because of Trump-Pence, hundreds of thousands of Dreamers — 75,000 who are LGBTQ — risk deportation to countries they've never called home. Trump must stop playing politics with innocent lives, and Congress must act.

Trump is insinuating that immigrants cause violent crime. In fact, research is overwhelming that immigrants commit substantially fewer crimes than native-born Americans:

To take another example, last year, Americans were less likely to be killed by a Muslim extremist (1 chance in 19 million) than by an extremist for being Muslim (1 in 3 million):

If President Trump wants to lower the price of prescription drugs, he should stop trying to sabotage the Affordable Care Act and instead build on it.

Completely disingenuous. Trump says "struggling communities, especially immigrant communities, will be helped by" his immigration policies ... which are all about attacking and demonizing immigrants.

He’s on to justifying racist immigration policies because of a terrible tragedy that doesn’t represent immigrants
