I'm not suggesting that Mrs. Obama is a bad hugger
But Oprah hugged people on her show daily for 20 years, embracing people is very on brand, and she's always wearing really nice sweaters.

Good point, but I think that actually works in Oprah's favor, because it means getting a hug from her is more exclusive.
