I interviewed the founder of Penn Station sandwich chain just to ask him, Why on earth did you name it after such an unappetizing place?
I couldn’t make my trip to New York this week like I was supposed to. But I did eat a chicken sandwich for lunch today in Kentucky at a place called Penn Station Subs. So I didn’t really miss anything.
