Willie Nash should be a nationally known case. 12 years for having a cell phone in a county jail is absurd. They ruined someone's life for effectively no reason, the judge should have hell to pay for this along with MS' higher courts.

In major problems of society there is nothing more required than the applications of facts. Fact: Young people are getting jailed for 7yrs for minor misdemeanors and in prisons unfit for human rights.

Are we trying to rehabilitate or create violence? This is not a movement based on physical/emotional assaults that require perspective in each individual case. Facts is what we need to look at and see.
