I hope it's not wrong to point that out. That said, what likely matters more is: Of the four bylines, there are three bonafide badass reporters and then also me.

Here's something I noticed about today's front page: Of the four bylines on the story about victims of the El Paso shooting, all four belonged to reporters (including me) who are Latino/have Hispanic backgrounds, which is something you don't see too often.https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/05/us/el-paso-victims.html …

Thanks for reporting. I know you're busy, but a story that goes under reported (if at all) is the story of the victims of mass shootings who didn't die. The physical recovery, mental recovery, the cost of that recovery. It's a side that we need to hear.
