I think the dorm housing is FAR more central to the spread than other college activities. There are a number of non-residential colleges in session without issue.

Unsure as to why it wasn’t considered to bring back on campus in-state students first. Schools are now faced with increasing quarantine cases and few housing options. Dr. Birx telling students not to return home. Lack of common sense, basic public health/ disease prevention.
