#Truvada was the 4rd highest drug for unsupported price increases in the US (#Genvoya was 3rd!). Over 24 mo, WAC increased by 14%; net price increased by 23%, with no justification. #PrEP, we'll have generic TDF/FTC in 2020, hopefully with deep discounts in the next 2-3 years. But the benefits of generics will depend on keeping TDF/FTC as first line.
