I will defend @amyklobuchar as I defend @JoeBiden against unfair personal attacks and accusations, but a candidate’s record on sulfide mining in the Great Lakes region is a matter of public record. The answer to that is a hard NO.
They are doing the same thing here in Michigan's Upper Peninsula at the Back 40 mine. A foreign conglomerate wants to build the largest open pit sulfide mine in the world -- thirty miles up river from Green Bay on Lake Michigan

As a voter, this would be a "deal breaker" 4 my vote. Risking the poisoning of r natural resources as precious as "water" is despicable. We don't need more pretend Dems siding with Trump's polluters. Vote them out.
