Democrats made the right decision to ask for Al Franken's resignation. A representative needs a level of trust to do their job effectively. I remain very disappointed that individuals like Roy Moore in AL are not held to the same standard when it comes to sexual harassment.

Not too sure if Franken should have stepped down. In HIS case, I would have liked due process first!
Yea, I understand what you're saying. We have different levels of crimes with different punishments. We need to give some consideration to due process. Hopefully Congress will revisit the protocols of the ethics committee so that it effectively deals with this kind of behavior.
