I know of a young woman who registered to vote at Pellissippi State. She is Hispanic. When she went to vote she was told that they didn't have her on the list, so she was unable to vote.

I registered to vote when I got my driver's license. When I went to vote, my name wasn't on the list. They gave me a provisional ballot (likely because I was really angry). Let folks know they can ask for a provisional ballot and one must be provided.
