So much about the Kavanaugh confirmation has been difficult to watch. Beyond having serious concerns about Kavanaugh's values and temperament, I am bitterly disappointed in the politicians who have chosen cold political expedience over duty to their constituents.
These hearings demonstrate why Congress doesn't work. I’m tired of politicians who disregard the voices their constituents and the welfare of women. It's one reason why I'm running and why we need more women in office. We must support women in 2018, and candidates with integrity.
