IMHO being a Muslim, Religion is not connected to Local Cultures. It is us who adopts the Modesty from Religion and indulges in Local Culture to live a better social life while being Good and Helpful to other living beings around.

When religion has no place in society it becomes morally corrupt. Same sex marriage, children without wedlock. Pornography rampant. Women treated like condoms use them & move on to next.
