        It says becoming and your data is 2016. I think the insinuation is that Russia is set to take the top spot in the future.

        Apparently, Russia, unlike America, finds more PROFITABLE/SATISFYING things to do w/its considerable resources! America prefers to PISS its energies, away. Russia prefers to strike financially-viable agreements w/like-minded nations. Who of the two, is SMARTER? Who will WIN? 🇷🇺

        Russia has a bumper crop year after year because they place their seeds in a 300ft tall pyramid just outside of Moscow. Built in the 1990's they did tons of experiments an found out some really interesting things.
