  2. On Sunday, Jan 20 the first HALO aircraft overpass over RV Meteor happened [on the plane transect from Spain to Barbados]. Conditions were fine to be able to see the research aircraft from the meteor. Small cumulus clouds were measured from below (ship) and above (aircraft). [ML]
