    Richmond VA has sky-high eviction rate, and points out communities of color not only evicted at disproportionate rate, but their housing has highest rates of code violations, which can worsen health. . can help fix this. 1/2

    Philly City Council is back in session today and Councilwoman is kicking off her first term by calling for rent control. She is introducing a resolution to hold hearings "about what a rent control policy could look like in Philadelphia."
