    Is there scheduling software out there that provides: - White-glove experience for the prospect; - Automatically resolves between time zones; - Places time-limited calendar holds while waiting for prospect reply; - Integrates with all the things. If not, request for product.

    Rarely discussed - maybe because the truth is inconvenient? but founders must know: - Even popular “bottoms-up” cos do sales. - The best cos churn 50%+ of sales hires & first 2 leaders. - Reps need A LOT of structure & leads to be compliant. It’s a lot but you have to do it.

    In a pitch meeting today and I was reminded that if you're starting your career, you should *absolutely* be learning skills that are empathetic, creative, and require complex physical motion -- things that are uniquely human. Automation is going to do the rest of work.

    One enterprise learning from 2019 - not only do buyers not understand how they buy 🤔 sellers don’t understand how they sell 🤷‍♀️ you have to architect all of it building a sales org is building another complex product 🛠

    Thinking of this especially, as the very hard thing cited often only requires being willing to wait maybe an extra year for the milestone - IMHO a small price to pay to build an exponential vs. linear future.

    Professional life might run 50+ years if you enjoy work. How much time would you invest to build compounding & exponential futures for yourself? Have a friend & mentor who always says what I’m doing is hard But we work equal hours & I think working linear through 50 is harder.
