Out of touch with reality and the fact that now people in CA are illegally running their biz just to survive. Meanwhile other biz are taking advantage of PPP. The frauds survive and the hardworking people have to work twice as hard and face fines. This is CA.

You do know California has rolling blackouts most summers, right? I mean, this has nothing to do with politics. California uses a lot of electricity. It sucks big time, but it's not Garcetti doing this. It's the power company.
