We were chasing this story as well, and can confirm that one of the people that tested positive was an on-side medical worker at the SpaceX Health Center in Hawthorne. That person had seen 12 patients at work in the three days before falling ill.

Last Fri we reported on the fears of SpaceX employees and childcare workers who said they had been potentially been exposed to those tested for COVID-19. Now some of their worries are confirmed. Since then Musk has donated 1,200+ ventilators and stated his companies will build the devices, suggesting he's taking the issue a bit more seriously. It's undeniable, however, that his early views on the virus affected his companies' responses and exacerbated worker fears.
