Sorry to break it to you, but Alberta roads are not Formula 1 closed street-circuits and you aren't Max Verstappen. Slow down, drive the posted speed limit and help everyone get home safely. #RCMPTraffic

We get that driving can be frustrating and not all road users are courteous. When driving, channel your inner Bottas—not Tsunoda. Stay calm, cool and collected. Share the road with others and don’t drive like any F1 drivers.

Harley and Cst. Nyeste located a missing 2-year-old boy last week who had wandered away in freezing weather. Harley tracked right up to the boy, who was hidden from sight, and started licking his face. Harley was rewarded with his usual treat, a cheezburger! #TonguesOutThursday

Cochrane RCMP received a call from a gas station. The lone employee called to report there was a snake in the store. Members responded & coaxed the python out from under the chip display. The fierce predator turned out to be a cute grass snake who was released back into the wild.

We appreciate so many of the individuals taking part in protests in the Coutts area are having their voices heard in a lawful way by being respectful & listening to police orders. We are aware not all individuals are following the law & have several open investigations underway.

Our jobs require us to be out and about at all hours of the day which gives us opportunities, like this, to see interesting landscapes we might have never seen in a different career. This sky was captured by an officer in #Morinville last month. #WhereWeWork

Actual 911 call: “FYI, there’s a moose in the marsh on the outskirts of town. It’s not injured or in danger.” That’s pretty neat, but if the moose isn’t in danger or endangering people, there’s nothing to do. It’s a moose doing moose things. Please call 911 for emergencies #NPSTW

The unlawful protest on Hwy 4 continues to impede traffic flow in the Coutts area. There are increased concerns for pedestrian safety. Don't gather or walk on hwys. Regardless of slowed traffic/delays, vehicles continue to move throughout the area & pose an increased safety risk.
