Honest question, Robert: How would that work, exactly? From what I understand, it's not like Bezos has all his money in a vault where he can just toss $105,000 bags at every employee. Isn't much of his wealth "conceptual," i.e., existing in stocks and bonds and what not?

Hypothetically, he could give them 105,000 worth of stock in Amazon for them to do with as they please? The mechanics aren't the problem.
