So... let me connect the dots for you: Amazon was working with the CDC / Task Force to help with vaccine distribution during the Trump admin. It finally finished and was ready to announce the help, but they waited for Biden to be inaugurated. So Biden could take credit.
So no, Amazon did not withhold help until Biden became president. They worked out all the details with the government first, during the Trump admin, and just made the announcement today. Still bullshit politics. But not AS bad as them holding the offer until now.

Gee WEIRD they didnt offer to help distribute vaccines for an OUTGOING PRESIDENT. 
there was no need to help Tr*mp, he isnt in office during distribution of vaccines (that weren't even available until after he LOST). After November 6th the Elect gets the next year's agendas.
