Why not allowing UPI for All RRBs of India,why decade old rules are there disallowing some RRBs to get a license for UPI Transaction due to its balance sheets?How will a bank survive without digital transaction in this era?
First ensure that payments and settlements are fully safe and secured and based on customers' authorisation.
Public grievance to RBI regarding unauthorised debit of a/c towards unauthorised payments should not be just closed in favour of the regulated entity unilaterally.

I have been tweeting RBI regarding Fraud done by Dhani Loans to many people. They are stealing people's Aadhaar details. Loans sanctioned Aadhaar is different but after few days they were having my Aadhar no. Thanks that's my Aadhar verification history was with me.

Please verify all the loan procedure of NBFC. Make OTP compulsory for PAN too. I have gone through so much mental dipression for 3 months due to this shit Dhani loans. Who is going to compensate for this??
