    I totally agree -- MPAs should have clear goals and be evaluated against those goals. This almost never happens and at worse the success of MPAs is judged by their being in place, almost as bad is success defined as more fish inside the MPA than outside.

    I am done with this OA model. I will not submit to OA journals with my research funds any more. I also boycott as reviewer untill a fair deal with German science community is found.
