    In the middle of the wetlands, in the region known as Boca do Caronal, the drought is so bad that hundreds of alligators have huddled in the last bit of water on this farm. The farmer says he's nervous about his cows & that he's never seen anything like this.

    Does it count if insurers kick coal to the curb but still underwrite oil & gas? It's almost like they're playing games with our future. 🤫 PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY ARE.🤫

    The Amazon's trees are dying at a faster rate and the new ones don't absorb as much carbon over their lifetime. NOT good. But WHY are trees dying in the first place? If you said "fires" nope, that's not it!

    Today, the Environment Committee voted UNANIMOUSLY to move toward a citywide phase-out of oil drilling 🎊 The motion introduced by directs to draft an ordinance declaring oil drilling a non-conforming land use across Los Angeles.
