I find it particularly refreshing that an overwhelming amount of conservatives cared enough to go out of their way to wish Chelsea Manning well after she tweeted that she was contemplating suicide. I can’t say I feel the left would be as compassionate if it had’ve been one of us.

Right down the road from me. I called the cops when I saw the tweet and they were aware of the situation already. Don’t have to like someone to not want to see them take their own life.

I wish her well.... but would like to point out she wanted to commit suicide in a world where she lives a great life...... now put her in a combat zone... not against trans in military, but not at a 40% suicide rate. Disaster..
