      I think you'll find that the tanks are British, driving on the left, and the trucks are American, driving on the right, so it is actually two way.

          There are far too many accuracies in his tweet. A proper RAF Luton tweet would read... the Churchill tanks are American, driving on the left, and the Opal Blitz trucks are British, driving on the right, so it is actually two way.
