That's because you have Yank drivers on one side, and Tommy drivers on the other. So technically they are both on the correct side of the road. Little known fact is the designers of Spaghetti Junction had the same idea in 1967.

Interesting! Just as interestingly, it would appear that, despite being dual carriageway, the M25 appeared to be one way at the time. :)

I think you'll find that the tanks are British, driving on the left, and the trucks are American, driving on the right, so it is actually two way.
