You know when you get propellor-driven planes? Those props always point forwards. Somebody should turn one of those through 90 degrees, then you've got a plane with a side spinny thing and it can take off from a curved runway. Where do I collect my Nobel Prize for Engineering?
Fact of the Day: Airplanes need a long straight runway to take off/land but the Puma helicopter can take off/land from a curved or round runway as its sideways spinny thing helps it turn when moving. *airplanes don't have side spinny things*
