I am afraid you are mistaken. The Canberra was hovering behind the team as the snared the Seaking. The pregnant Seaking is of course a pest, and will be disposed of promptly, but humainly.

Clearly it's an Mi17 as the Tail rotor is on the other side. Also the blue helmet denotes these are RAF personels.

It's clearly not Mi17 as they haven't even started filming for Mi9 yet and that's obviously not Tom Cruise flying the Seaking as he can see over the steering wheel without a booster seat.
