I believe they tried it a couple of times, but the door is in front of the engines. Same thing happened both times. Nearly exhausted the training budget.

Wearing the short lived "cloud" camo suits, designed to hide them while dropping through overcast. The camo proved too effective, resulting in the entire team finding themselves riding shotgun on an A340 into Heathrow, after the pilot cliamed he didn't see them.
