The warnings are given from inside the tank by someone called Karen. In case of shortage, regulations will be introduced requiring all persons called Karen to report for duty at @RAF_Luton on Monday carrying a loudhailer and a copy of the Daily Mail
To clarify, "Karen" is not usually the crew member's real name. It's just his military "call sign" - cf. "Maverick", "Johnny Jimbo", etc.
