Isn’t that HMS Sinky’s stealth hat? Submerged to a depth to just expose this adorable likkle boat, Sinky approaches the enemy who are too busy cooing and ahhhing over this sweeeeet floaty disguise ..... Luton Lake is safe again thanks to this cammo chapeau!

Good eye, but not quite. The HMS Sinky uses the HMS Colossal as a basis for its stealth hat. You can tell it's not the Stinky only by the absence of a periscope.
