        As time went by a Mid life upgrade was done which included toolbox kept on the empty seat for stability during maneuver.

        I believe they were involved from the outset of the programme when the yellow concept demonstrator was sold to RAF Luton at a bargain price.

        Also the first aeroplane to have a three wheel landing gear arrangement with one under the nose (steering) and two on the wings. Up to that point the single steering wheel was on the tail. This meant pilots no longer had to practice taxiing with fork lift trucks.
