Yes it is. Unfortunately, due to an airspeed calibration error, the canopy in this particular case was inadvertently opened at 501 mph.

I also recall that it allowed the pilots to get a nice natural tan at 65,000 feet therefore cutting back on the need for additional sun beds to be installed at
