That is Tropical Islands (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tropical_Islands_Resort …) in Germany, near Berlin. They used a hangar that was meant for building CargoLifter air ships (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CargoLifter …). After they went bankrupt the hangar was repurposed.
