Oh they are. They don't do QRA, they do UQRA - ULTRA Quick Reaction Alert. RAF Luton stealth fighter bombers are scrambled & responding before any potential adversary has even started their mission briefing!
We have aircraft in the air before potential adversaries have had their breakfast!
