Can anyone name one person who has actually been “cancelled” rather than criticised, lavished with attention, then able to capitalise on said attention with a commissioned comment piece?https://twitter.com/DawnHFoster/status/1281322037341011968 …

His case is interesting because he was cancelled by conservatives (and rightly so). He didn't realise until it was too late that there's no space for a based pederasty defender

Hmm, but the only reason Milo even *had* a platform to be cancelled from in the first place was his vastly overblown self-promotion as an agent provocateur, so I'm not sure this holds.

Without the fear of "political correctness" as it was back then before white people appropriated "woke" and "cancelled," Milo would have never had the career he did.

But if I’m remembering right Milo wasn’t “cancelled”. He still had loads of prominence when he was spouting transphobia and misogyny. It wasn’t until his child abuse comments that he finally started to lose his platform.
