@GustoHQ told me they couldn’t help and pointed me at the Gusto docs which has this to say: “Fill in the invoice information to complete the process” Yeah, thanks for that. -
I think maybe the most annoying thing was being told that Nov-Jan is a really busy season and that’s why replies from Gusto may take days/weeks. So let me get this straight: you’ve got a known cyclical nature to the business but chose “customer pain” over “hire temp workers”
