What does mental health mean to you? Today is an important day to talk about and the challenges we can all face. It’s also an opportunity to talk about what makes us feel good! How do you find peace in nature?

A friend had an operation in the UK, paid for by the state-funded NHS ('National Health Service' - free to British citizens) at a *private hospital* . The state is paying the bill for *private healthcare* & *private profit*... how long the NHS will survive like this?

So true...we do need to organize and fight. I think of all the minimum wage earners...kept too busy and exhausted to have time to organize&fight. That’s a tough equation to solve.

Which gives you a small amount of control. When u reach the point where u have no control, you can feel the panic of the truly poor. And better see all the impacts on mental health: anxiety, sleep disruption, shame, substance abuse. It’s a tough spiral to bootstrap out of.
