Yes, raise top tax rate to the same levels they were during the Eisenhower administration, but they must apply to investment/equity income and not just CEO salaries.

This is a great part of the deal, it is time for a progressive tax that will help to support bills and items that help all Americans and not just the 1%. Hopefully something passes, I unfortunately do not see the rest of the liberals stepping up.
