This is a v interesting piece. Basic arg is Russian trolls flooding speech making it hard to hear voices. Normal 1st amendment thinking is to say “more speech” is the remedy, not censorship, for bad speech. If the logic of this is sound, then does it matter that the "deafening" effect was Russia? Couldn't you say the same thing about any special interest group inside America?
