“The Enlightenment was a mistake, Locke was a fool, Tabula Rasa, Individualism, Secularism, the State of Nature, poisonous ideas all. On an unrelated note, any other civic nationalists out there who love America and the noble ideals it was founded upon?”

American thinking is basically split between evangelical and "rationalist" congressional churches. The "Rationalists" went onto become the progressive hegemony we know and love today. But it would be foolish to call them enlightenment thinkers. they greatly misinterpreted kant.
-
i don’t think they were influenced by kant at the time of revolution but more by the radical fringe that had grown up in England under Charles II and after
-
It is more specific to the congressionalists in new england who had divergent views on enlightenment philosophy. but basically there were 2 specific forks. the kantian fork i.e. which was later headed by the emerson incorporated a lot of new-age wackery into their thinking.
