For the Republicans the interesting q is: who is worth primarying? For the safe Dem seats the q's are: (1) is there any chance of a populist Dem challenger? (2) can we convince anyone to devote a year to challenging the seat as the GOP nom, to divert resources?
Donnelly must be a GOP pickup, I assume. What about Brown and Casey? Manchin? Klobuchar and Baldwin would be a reach; those were states *Trump* won, not the GOP Tester is a special case, MO is a banana republic

Donelly, McCaskill, and Manchin are must pick-ups for the GOP. Trump won these states by 20+ and they've done nothing but oppose him.

Baldwin, Casey, and Brown are all in varying degrees of trouble.
