For example when one of the prophets (Samuel?) needed to prophecy a happy event, he needed the harpists to play him calming music before the Holy Spirit can descend upon him, because he had been angry.

That certainly appears to suggest that the Holy Spirit can operate through material media (like harps). Trying tease out the metaphysical implications of the theological creed can be quite complicated

In the Church only? Or as a princely virtue? I've never rly liked Erasmus' "pagan virtues are vices renamed" thing, I tend to assume Holy Spirt responsible for fides/spes/caritas plus maybe the "seven whips"

If the Holy Spirit descends on pagans to grant them justice and moderation, it's a very different mode of functioning
