Gotcha. Makes me think it's interesting that the Amerikaners, as a branch of the Anglos, came from one functional grouping of Englishmen (Calvinists) but w/ functions geographically dispersed
i.e. it just so happens that the seminarians who wanted to emigrate were mostly from around Cambridge and went to New England, reivers mostly from North/Scotland or Ulster and went to mountains, gentry mostly from Sussex and went Tidewater
