Well the Holy Spirit works miracles through Men through both inspiration of scripture and granting them miraculous feats of healing, strength, fortune in battle and other things.

God the Father's miracles are expressions of his Judgement for the most part. We can posit that the Son's Miracles are of his dominion over Creation such as transformation and physical things like Parting the Waters

the source of a Miracle has to be consistent with the Nature of the Source and the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are three distinct natures.

Manna and Quail from heaven from the Son who is the LORD and Provider
-
Power over Enemies from the Father who will "Make your enemies into a footstool"

This is what I believe. Also of course any instance of visions given and speaking to the Prophets.
-
Oh, so you think you can actually distribute OT miracles to the different persons of the godhood?
-
Yes, there are very distinct phrases and voices used by God throughout the OT such as "And the Spirit of the LORD came upon him in Power" and such to indicate what is happening.
