My point is the non-government market at least gets you more house. The government market doesn't give more subways.
-
Whereas SSC considers it plausible, even after having the data in his face, to say "markets might not work"
-
I see. That is an interesting point to bring out, but sort of complicated by the question of what you are actually buying
-
e.g. "more house" might be like "more university" (speeches, parties, gender workshops!) or "more hospital" (bathroom nurses!)
-
"More education" "More health" Don't overcomplicate it. Do folk know more? (lol) Are folk healthier, e.g. thinner?
-
This is why I'm saying it's complicated. You're raising a rly great pt, but I think housing may be just like health/education
-
Ppl want smart kids; they get small classes maybe but not smart kids. Want to live in a real community; get a third br but no home
-
Are they getting small classes? Last I checked class sizes were still growing, but that was a while ago.
